I was also able to keep my existing skylights because this crew had the expertise and was willing to spend the extra time and to secure the proper flashing. "We needed a new lower roof and once the winter weather broke we got put into the schedule and the work was done promptly. Took them only one day to rip off the roof, cut out three bad spots and replace with new plywood. Then re-shingle the roof and re-side one wall. It looks great and best of all no leaks. "John was very responsive and was out at my house within a couple days to look at the siding issue which was when I asked about the soffit issue as well. He explained what could be done about both problems. He did not try to "oversell" me on things that were not a problem (always a concern for single women dealing with contractors). He called me back promptly with a reasonable estimate. About a week later, he and Paul showed up on time and replaced the siding and capped the soffit so there was not a 2" gap between it and the side of the house. Also, my 85+ neighbor came out and asked them to fix a downspout she had accidentally run into when moving it so we come remove snow from her drive. They kindly did so at I imagine little or no money. I'd have these guys back in a nanosecond if I had further siding issues."

"I emailed the company (website linked from Angie's List). Luis called me the same day and showed up to estimate the job the next day. A week later we met with the color consultant Joy. 100.00 very well spent. Four days later (Tues.) 2 men started removing wallpaper, prepped the BR and repaired where needed and one worked on the LR/DR from 9:30-4:30. Wed they covered the kitchen cabinets and worked on the LR/DR while one continued on the BR. Thur. men did not show up until 10:40, but everything was painted. Fri morning was finishing, inspection and payment. Men were very agreeable to any little place we wanted repaired or touched-up."
