The came out and did a survey and drawing and gave me an estimate that was a bit higher than one other company, but Big Sun was including solar light post caps. Scheduled the project and all the fence was special made to what I wanted. Justin Campbell and his crew came out and quickly installed my fence. If questions came up they answered them and I also answered them as well. They treated my dogs well and even made time for them. They never did anything without asking first. They had custom solar light post caps and they are amazing. Big Sun fencing is a great company. The price is comparable and the quality of product and service far exceeds other companies in the area. I would go to them again and I would and will refer my friends to them. They also have a warranty and will go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied."

"Rob is EXCELLENT at his job. He is very professional and goes the extra mile for the customer. We are an elderly couple and the prospect of deciding on a fence company was difficult at first. But then we met Rob. He fully explained everything and even answered all of our questions WITHOUT making us feel silly. I am not very tech savvy so twice I deleted the contract when Rob sent it to us. Twice he fixed that quickly. I also wrote the check incorrectly , he handled that with ease. There did need to be a small correction regarding the post caps. Rob came to our house quickly and fixed it himself. We love the fence as do our neighbors!! Thank you Rob!
