Working with Jon was the highlight of our summer-- not only because we have enjoyed our new outdoor space but also because we truly enjoyed spending time with him. I can't imagine there is anyone else in town that can match his quality of work and his eye for design. "I had their service for over two years, yard only improved about 40%. Some areas stayed brown, grass wouldn't grow. One scheduled Reseeding with soil turnover was done during a big wind event of 35 miles and hour. What? Really? Had to make many calls to return. For a period, I added the Bush / Shrub Care, my Oriental Plum tree didn't improve. Leaves won't grow or fill out. Later, to be told by Tree Service Co. the tree was getting to much water. It was in the center of my front lawn, very visible. Tree had to be removed due to Root Rot. TruGreen never said anything. Also, I was told two of the brown areas had Grubs! TruGreen didn't tell me that either! I cancelled about 6 months ago, after a Supervisor failed to return my two call. I feel they should work with a gardening service, "Joint Venture" for better results and should also improve their communication. I hired them a year before getting an a Appraisal, sadly it didn't help!!! I'm a retired Senior and female."

"BEWARE consumers. This company was hired by another company to install an irrigation system on a new construction. I didn't know anything about this type of thing so, unfortunately, thought they knew what they were doing since they were hired by a landscaper(also very poor workmanship) who was hired by my builder(excellent). I was SO wrong. After 3 years of having nothing but problems with the system, I just finished spending thousands of dollars to have a reputable company come in and totally revamp the system. After speaking numerous times with the foreman, he clearly informed and showed me all the things that were done improperly and the poor quality of materials used. DO NOT hire this company do anything regarding irrigation. You will live to regret it on so many levels. They might do okay on other services they provide but I can honestly give you a first-hand review on how qualified they are to do irrigation systems. I'd like to say you get what you pay for but I didn't even get that. I would give them a negative star rating if I could."
