"Remodel went smoothly from beginning (choosing what I wanted & colors) to finished work. The designer/sales person, Ben arrived to give estimate of price and work needed complete with samples, prices and ideas. He was not pushy trying to get the job, but had some ideas I hadn't considered. If their price didn't match my budget, Ben helped with other ways to help with the price. When all was done and contract signed 1/2 of payment was due at that time. It took about 2 months to start the work and 3 days to finish it. Daniel, the installer, laid down runners to keep the carpet clean while coming in and out of the house. At the end of day the cleaned up the bathroom and stored his equipment out of the way. He also made sure the entry way and porch was free of debris before leaving. If I had any questions about the work, he would take the time to explain.When time to install the hand rails and height of shower head we worked together to get it where best for me. Not many companies have workers who are proud of their work but Daniel was. Some were surprised when done that none of the wall paper had been damaged. An oak cabinet (floor to ceiling) was installed in old shower spot and it's just perfect . The final payment was due on completion. A shower curtain was put up until the door was installed. Top Tier contacted another company to install the shower door. They came and measured, ask some questions and said in about a week the door would be ready to install. Installation was right on time and my remodel couldn't be any better, just what I had in mind."

"Five Star Bath Solutions did a fantastic job on remodeling three of our bathrooms. We found their services on the internet. They came to our house and gave us the estimate immediately after inquiring. They were very friendly and professional. The bathroom remodeling estimate that they provided was very reasonable. The installer are very professional in their work, efficient, and met all of our needs. They cleaned up daily after themselves. Their work is perfect. Our bathrooms turned out very beautiful. "The has done a wonderful on helping restore this 1912 home and I continue to call them back to do more projects and plan to book them for other homes I own. The main drain line was rusted and cracked from the basement floor all the way up to the second floor bathroom, which they replaced. This requires tearing down an old plaster and putting in new drywall that turned out seamless. I decided to turn an old pantry into a laundry room. They ran the plumbing and electrical for the room, framed the old doorway and drywalled it. Many rooms had old switches and outlets that they replaced. Ceiling fans were old and replaced. The former for the attic was missing siding and the windows were falling apart. They resided, painted and installed new windows. They set a new toilet and installed a new vanity which required new water lines. Relocating the vanity also meant running a new switch and installing a new vanity light."

My first interaction was with the young lady who answered the phone & she was extremely pleasant. We set  up an appointment for the Designer to come out & he was prompt & courteous. He gave us a lot of information about products, the company & time frames for our projects. He also explained that he was going to draw the kitchen & why. We set a second appointment for him to come back. When he returned, he had everything ready for us & to save a substantial amount of money, we started the project. This was the best decision we have made in a long time...especially on this big of a purchase, as we have been saving for a long time for this. (We had obviously done our research on Jericho & trusted their abilities)
The project began as expected...and although there were a couple of short delays(to be expected with a remodel) we watched our kitchen & baths be transformed in to amazing rooms!
We absolutely love the finished product & Mike (our project manager) did a fantastic job coordinating all of the installers with each project & keeping us informed. The quality of products are exceptional...just as we expected. We truly are happy with this project & process. We have done other remodels in the past with other companies (and the projects were much smaller) and they were not good experiences.
