Small jobs welcome

"My roofers dropped a harness through the ridge of 1.7 million dollar house resulting in an impact mark on the heavily textured ceiling. It would have cost me 20k to fix the drywall and paint the ceiling including scaffolding. Greg with Local Handyman came in and was totally professional, when he was done you could not even see there was ever damage there. He saved me over 19 plus k. The homeowner would not stop talking about how professional Greg was and I agreed. When I spoke to the owners of Handyman I told them what the homeowner said and I told them how I felt the same. I’m a General Contractor and I have them doing two jobs for me, one this Thursday and the next one is scheduled for next Monday. If you want someone who knows how to do the work you need, will treat you with respect, and transparency Local Handyman is the company to hire. Like I said I’m a General Contractor and they will continue to work for me when I can use there services!"

Customers say: Quick response

"Jake's carpentry expertly replaced a porch railing that had rotted. He made sure that he found the exact wooden rail cap to match the rest of the woodwork, and priced it fairly. He finished the job in under 90 minutes. It was a pleasure to chat with him while he worked. He'll be returning to paint it, and I will gladly turn to him for any carpentry work in the future."

"The worker that came out, named Rob Achepohl was fantastic! He was on time to the minute. He is such a nice man, it was an absolute pleasure to have him in our home. He worked very hard and fast. He is an absolute expert! We live in a brick building and the walls are cement, so it's extremely hard to hang anything on the walls. He is very organized and tidy. He identified a very serious leak for us, and told us what to tell the landlord and gave us instructions on how we should tackle some black mold he identified. Rob did everything I asked. He stayed as late as he could and we will have him come back after the leak issues are addressed. My husband and I have never had work done so pleasantly and well. He knows so much, he gave us excellent advice on the electrical issues as well as the walls. I can't write enough to describe how great he is. Waking up the next morning was as much fun as Christmas Morning to see how great our place looked!"
