"The worker that came out, named Rob Achepohl was fantastic! He was on time to the minute. He is such a nice man, it was an absolute pleasure to have him in our home. He worked very hard and fast. He is an absolute expert! We live in a brick building and the walls are cement, so it's extremely hard to hang anything on the walls. He is very organized and tidy. He identified a very serious leak for us, and told us what to tell the landlord and gave us instructions on how we should tackle some black mold he identified. Rob did everything I asked. He stayed as late as he could and we will have him come back after the leak issues are addressed. My husband and I have never had work done so pleasantly and well. He knows so much, he gave us excellent advice on the electrical issues as well as the walls. I can't write enough to describe how great he is.
