They charge $65 to come out for diagnosis. My total for over an hour of camera work on two lines from inside the house and diagnosing the issue was $326. "THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WAS ABLE TO FIX ONLY ONE OF THREE PLUMBING PROBLEMS. APPARENTLY THIS IS DUE TO SPECIALIZATION WITHIN THE PLUMBING SERVICE BUSINESS. PRIOR TO SERVICE CALL, THE PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE STATED THAT CLEARING DRAINS WAS NOT COVERED BY THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, SO I WAS WARNED. HOWEVER, AT $100 PER HOUR I EXPECTED TO HAVE THE PROBLEMS CORRECTED QUICKLY OR AN ASSESSMENT MADE THAT MINIMIZED THE TIME OF THE SERVICE CALL. ONE PROBLEM WAS FIXED, TWO PROBLEMS WERE NOT AND I PAID FOR TWO HOURS OF WORK."

"They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. Unless they got stuck in the pipes on the way to the basement not my fault for the second time. Unsure about hiring again."
