"Everything went great from start to finish - I'm very pleased with the experience and their work! I wanted a general contractor type of company that could come in and just take my hand-drawn vision on graph paper to a fully completed project, and that's exactly what they did! I wanted to not have to worry about coordinating different contractors to do pieces of the work and have to babysit the process, worry about workers not showing up and throwing off the rest of the schedule, and have things drawn out over months and months, like we had done upstairs. My husband and I knew the kind of company we wanted would come with a higher price tag than patchwork contractors, which it did, but it was well worth it for the headaches and time they saved me!! They were always on time, highly communicative (which is very much appreciative and not always present in the construction business), and very pleasant to work with! They didn't even blast music like most construction crews, which made for the best possible experience having others in your home every day for several weeks. Even minor sticking points we ran into (couple of wrong parts ordered, door & schedule changes, etc.) were no big deal to hash out. Everyone always made time and was patient with answering my questions and addressing requests or concerns, which was awesome. Even when I was laid off after signing the contract and needed to find more work in a tough COVID-19 market so needed to delay the start date, Tom worked with me. They made sure we're 100% satisfied, which we very much are! The quality of work is great, and everything looks amazing as you can see in the photos below!"

These liscensed and masters of their trades worked alongside Jeh who if necessary stepped in and aided e these individuals. His overall expertise has brought my home to this point. "We were extremely happy with the services.  I had been looking for a roofer to do repairs for a year and a half.  We have an older home with an extremely steep roof, and the contractors I contacted wouldn't consider it.  I found Exterior Building Solutions on Angie's List.  In the time I was trying to find someone to do repairs, I decided that it would be best to replace the roof in its entirety.  The bid I got from Exterior Building Solutions was $3,000 less than another roofer had quoted me.  I believe the job took longer than they anticipated, but they didn't add anything to the original price.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to someone looking for a roofer. <br />"

However, Nick and his crew were responsive and offered up solutions to various problems that had arisen during the remodel process. Nick was quick to call and send photos that allowed me to view issues and see his progress. We evaluated a number of companies, but CaseyCo was the most professional and had the best critical thinking/problem solving, which was invaluable given the age and condition of our home. This was the only company/professional that showed up when they said they would and they proved to be highly efficient.
