In the process of having the siding/gutters installed, Dave inspected the roof and given the age and condition, suggested a new roof. He sent a reasonable quote and within the same week, materials arrived and it was installed! He worked hard to get it done that timely before the gutters were installed. The team of 6 installers did an amazing job and cleaned up everything after the installation - didn't even know they'd been there! "A&W representatives were very professional and provided us with a clear explanation of the damage and the options for repair. A&W worked directly with our home insurance company to verify the full cost of the roof replacement and that it would be fully covered under our insurance policy. The roof was replaced in one day. Their was a minor issue with the quality of the fascia that was replaced on one side of the house but it was resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend A&W to anyone needing roof repair work."

The job in itself was not super complicated, but there were many moving parts including dealing with the insurance, handling solar panels, etc. These guys did an excellent job, and I would work with them again if I had to start all over. They were particularly good in handling the back and forth with the insurance, and the whole project was completed in a very reasonable time. Most houses in my neighborhood are still waiting for a new roof..."
