Our hardwood floor was grayed in some areas and he strongly recommended that I use the sanding method to get a more uniform look. He also was willing, for a fee, to pull and replace the toilet which his competitors did not offer to do. I have already recommended him to an acquaintance."

"Fireplace wall remodel. Dave did a rabbet cut edge for my shiplap wall. I had originally just had trim pieces on each end. This made the ship lapped area look so much nicer and cleaner. He also installed the electric fireplace and mantle for the project. It looks beautiful! I couldnâ t be happier with how it turned out."
