"Simply Excellent Service! I was referred to contact Brent of B. Griffith Roofing by my father-in-law who has had two roofs replaced over the years using them. My job was not your typical tear-off and replace to say the least. I had a good amount of hidden damage that was covered up by a previous owner. I needed to go with an outfit that has the experience and track record to handle this level of job. Based on my meeting with Brent and his explanation of what they would be able to do to fix what was needed prior to replacement of the roof, as well as previous family experiences, I felt this was the outfit I needed to use. I received the proposal the following day, costs were clearly stated, including any additions if needed. Once I agreed to the proposal and provided the deposit, things moved very quickly, which I really appreciated. Within a week I had a permit on my door and a crew on my roof. They were very professional, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about the work, made sure I was happy with the finished product, and did a great job cleaning up. "Excellent! From the estimate process through the final walk around, ever person I was in contact with were professional, timely, and clearly knew what they were doing. Roof looks great, clean up was great and at completion, I pointed out a couple of minor items which they resolved on the spot. I even noticed a small tear in a window screen after they left, they had a screen repair guy at my house the same day. Not the cheapest out there (I got three quotes), but you get what you pay for (including a 15 year warranty which no one else came close to). Cost included replacement of 2 skylights, which we are thrilled with. Highly recommend them."

"From start to finish, Larry Miller Inc. was a pleasure to work with. Everyone there went above and beyond my expectations to get this work done. Larry, Franco and Frank Miller's work ethic was exceptional. They made sure to inspect the damage thoroughly and provide options to consider in their estimate. They also offered me a military discount as I am a disable veteran. Very nice people! The actual work was done by Curtis, who was very friendly and explained the work he was doing. He paid attention to every detail. He thoroughly pressure washed the roof before starting. There was wood rot from water that had gotten under the shingles because of improperly installed gutter guards. The wood was replaced, a new covering was installed and then everything was sealed. This took several days to get everything done right. He took photos along the way to show me how the work was progressing and then at the end so I could see the finished work, since I cannot get up on ladders. He even fixed an area of the roof that could have potential leaking from a pitch pan and a hole where an old TV antenna had been removed so that they would not cause water damage, even though this was not work that was planned nor included in the final price. I highly recommend this team of professionals. I will definitely call this company when I need to replace my main roof."

His crew was courteous and cleaned up all debris during the job and after it was finished. Keith kept me informed through out the process as to what I should expect. I requested that Keith and his crew replace both my home roof and my dock roof. I considered the dock roof particularly challenging but Keith and his crew were able to complete both jobs in four working days to my satisfaction.
