After he came, he inspected the two pieces of furniture to clean, and wrote up the contract. He convinced me to add scotch guarding. When he completed the upholstery work, he brought to my attention that he had tested his cleaning product on my large Tibetan area rug and he felt that he accentuate the color by cleaning it. So I amended the contract for shampoo/clean the carpet. The carpet looks exquisite the following day. The furniture will need another day to dry with all the cushions that he cleaned. He looked over several other areas in my house and offered suggestions. He was careful, communicative and had very reasonably work. I recommend him highly."

Well, I went with Jeff curry of curry chimney sweep and he returned my call the same day and came out and repaired the chimney cap when he said he would and charged 1/4 of the fee chimney cricket was going to charge. When I told Jon of chimney cricket that I was not going to be using them, he wrote me a rude email saying I was banned from using their company. Who does that?"
