"Hello. Ika the owner of the company called me back and gave me a quote on the phone. His manner was extremely patient & professional. . He quoted me over the phone but than came to my place UPPER EAST SIDE . To see my hard wood floors , I wanted to cover them with vinyl lock in slats . I also needed bathroom grouted and patch work behind my fridge . His price was fair and affordable. I said let’s do it. While waiting for my tiles to come my cousin who was a master carpenter found out I was doing this and said he would come and do it which he did some other work in my house for free because he’s my family. I couldn’t resist the family price which was free because I’m on a budget so I took it. I had to cancel Ika, but I will definitely be using him in the future and recommending him."

"I initially had a great experience with this construction company, but things quickly went downhill. Communication became terrible, with incompetence and a complete lack of responsiveness. To make matters worse, they started subcontracting work to people who were clearly unqualified. The quality of work dropped drastically, and it became obvious that the subcontractors didnâ t know what they were doing. I expected a professional job but ended up with constant frustration, unprofessional behavior, and subpar results. I eventually had to stop them from continuing, as it was clear this project was beyond John and Sherry's capacity. They bit off more than they could chew. I would not recommend this company if you're looking for reliability and quality. For any interested parties, Iâ m more than willing to share the full story. I should get a refund for such poor work I text them to come back to fix the job & a girl called me back told me I had the wrong number There number is 1 929 800 0010 it is the right number for the company listing for D & R Pro service I paid the service man $400.00(way overcharge for such a small job"

"I was very happy with the gentlemen who did my installations my only reccomendation is try to be more communicative with your clients because my appt was for 12pm and the service did not arrive until 6pm and i was not notified of the delay until 2pm. Luckily i had nothing but time my job was still able to get completed. I’m also very appreciative for the squeeze because my job was last minute. The service was great."
