I was very pleased when I arrived and saw the finished product. The guys did a wonderful job and the entire experience with this company was such a pleasure. If I had to say something negative it was that the moldings were slightly chipped during the installation but the crew even removed whatever furniture was in the way so how can I complain? I picked a better minister, and he complained about fixing it and threatened to have me repair it, and it took four months to get it replaced. I had to use a space heater for the four months that I waited for the repair. Even though that new mini split was already delivered. We had many arguments, and he used foul language. It was unpleasant working with him and unprofessional to work with. "
