As both judgmental and lacking professionalism when I asked clear questions about pricing I received vague misleading answers. They scheduled an appointment that I had agreed upon for one o'clock pm but no one show up or call. Instead I received a text for 1 o'clock pm.; When I called to let them know The situation and the pricing they have changed their answer from 1 -3pm and told me that there was a fee that would be applied. When I asked a follow up question the Rep. hung up on me. The overall behavior was unprofessional and extremely biased based on demographic that they choose not to served. "My kitchen sink faucet was leaking and needed to be replaced. I called Tony LaMartina because they are in my area and had a very good rating. The plumber came out and asked if I had a new faucet. When I didn't (I wouldn't have known what kind to get), the plumber said they did not have any faucets available and he would have to go buy one and it was going to cost more. He was back in a very short time. It only took him 30 minutes to put in the new faucet. After he finished , he told me the cost was $686 which was way more than I expected. I called the office twice to get a receipt to see why it was so much. I was told they do not separate their receipts between labor and materials. After talking to a couple of plumbers, I was told that amount was indeed way more than it should have been. I will never call them again."
