"Overall, I love my new roof. Estimates are done by owners, not salesmen on commission. The actual roofing crew was always late (10-10:30, not 9) and ended up working up to and after dark. Since they were late, that caused inspections to be delayed. They were careless about leaving my gates open (I have a dog and they knew it). A bag of garden soil and landscape sand were moved from under a large evergreen (not in the way); they drug it out onto the driveway, causing it to tear open, then the crew threw them in dumpster where I found them when I noticed them missing and saw the sand/dirt in front of the garage. I had to purchase replacements out of my funds ($15). Problems with nails on completion being left were quickly resolved and probably happened because I found the guys trying to "sweep" with the magnet at 8pm in the dark. Was told the crew was fired. The carpenter did an excellent job on the chimney and the paint color match was perfect., My concerns were quickly and professionally addressed by the site supervisor. All in all, I would hire again and recommend. The low marks were due to the crew, not the owners, site supervisor or office.,"

"They were very professional, polite, clean, and efficient. Overall they did a wonderful job. the roof looks great. They took great care not to damage any plants in the front yard or property. they cleaned up after themselves. Neighbors have already come over complimenting the roof. they presented themselves very well and professionally and their work was A+. Would definitely would recommend to anyone else who needs their roof done."

"The roof construction itself is quality work. The roofing crew arrived on the time and date specified and cleaned up after their job. My roof passed county inspection. My issue with the company is not with the roof itself, but with their warranty. The salesman advised me this company has a 15-year workmanship warranty on the roofs they install. This was a key determinant to choosing this company over its many competitors in the area. The salesman even showed me examples of competing roofing company sales contracts which indicate only a 5-year standard warranty for work done. The salesman confirmed the cost with Covenant to be higher because of this 15-year warranty. I signed a sales contract which states 12. ALL WORK COVERED BY A 5 YEAR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY. CRC upgrade_warranty applies. The salesman confirmed that their CRC (Covenant Roofing Company) upgrade warranty was to total the roof under a 15-year warranty. He stated I would receive the warranty at the completion of the roof. I was sold. The roof was built. The final CRC inspection was completed by a project manager. I asked about the warranty paperwork. He stated I would receive the papers upon payment. I asked specifically if there were any out of pocket costs. He said he did not know, but that the paperwork would indicate such terms. At a later time, this is the warranty coverage I received: Covenant Roofing Construction, Inc. warrants to you an extended warranty of __15___ years. This warranty is transferable to one new owner. This warranty includes 5 years of unconditional workmanship. An officer of the company will need to perform a maintenance inspection of the roof starting on the 6th year and every year thereafter for the life of the warranty. There will be a fee of $150.00 per inspection for the recertification of the roof. If an inspection is missed the warranty will become void. This warranty does not cover product defects, extreme weather conditions, or acts of God. This warranty does not cover any additional cost to remove and/or reinstall any roof peripherals to complete repair. Needless to say, I was distraught over the additional costs of maintaining this warranty and the indication that it would become null and void if I was non-compliant. After several in-person and phone conversations, there was no remedy to the fact that I would need to make additional payment beyond that of the sales contract if I desired to continue my warranty coverage after 5 years. They did, however, gift me 2 separate VISA gift cards in the amount of $50 and $150 for my inconvenience. The office was pleasant and apologetic in listening to my concern, but apologies will not cover my cost after the initial limitations. I advised them not to sell customers on what they are not actually offering in their agreement and without making such knowledge available to the consumer."

"When needing repair to a leaking roof I contacted 5 roofing companies for their recommendations and quotes. Only Patric Hamilton with Worthman was professional and personable. Only Patric had a plan that made sense. And the price was reasonable. I was given a time table as to when it could be started and completed. We re-roofed a flat roof and are very happy with the results. For years we had minor leaks with this roof and are now confident going into the rainy season that all will be well. "I have dealt with a number of roofing companies for houses owned over the years in Orlando, Atlanta and now Jacksonville. And I can honestly say that Peninsula is the best firm I've ever dealt with for the total replacement of my roof. The inspection of my roof was thorough, the presentation of the condition of my roof and the subsequent suggestions for replacement were straightforward and easily understandable. I never felt pressured to make a decision and I knew what the owner was telling me was truthful and accurate. The crew was extremely hardworking and the prep for taking the existing roof off was stellar- A/C unit covered but usable and not interfering with the actual workings of the unit, the yards blanketed in tarps to catch nails and debris. The crew took very few breaks and only then did they use their cell phones. They knew they were here to do a job and were very conscientious. If you have roofing needs- be they repair or replacement, you will be extremely pleased."

Due to the age of the original shingles, it was hard to color match. This all took place in the Summer of 2020 in the midst of the virus, when supplies were in short supply. Devon and team searched all available resources and came through in a pinch to get the materials, worked late and even on a Sunday to get the job completed timely!"

"I hired England classic roofing for several exterior things I’ve been meaning to do on my house. Add gutters, repair vinyl siding, and replace the exit door on the back of my garage (water damaged because I didn’t have gutters). Their quote was reasonable and the work was performed timely and of good quality. I would definitely recommend them, and will use them again myself!!!"
