The guys who did the work (and this is incredibly hard work) arrived right on schedule, dug very carefully, tunneled under our house, replaced the pipe, and restored the area so well that it doesn't even look like anything was done there. Jim and Brandy arrived at the agreed date and time for the installations, which took about 3 hours.  Jim supplied some of the pipe fixtures and connections and the drain strainer I bought didn't fit so Jim supplied one. The fixtures look great and it is a welcome change to not hear a dripping kitchen faucet.  Jim said to give him a call if anything was not operating to expectation.  We are very happy with how it all turned out.
