"Responded promptly to telephone message. Came same day. After inspection gave firm cost and labor estimate. Left and promptly returned with parts. Replaced right sink strainer unit (essential sections copper). Replaced pipes under sink to insure that drain from sink had a sufficient gradient to flow freely to the connection with the pipe from the garbage disposal in the other sink to prevent the existing waste build up in the connection and old horizontal section of the drain pipe (a problem I did not know we had). Efficient, reasonable and very pleasant professional plumber. Immaculate, careful cleanup of work area."

"quick and easy. toilets draining very slowly, previous pump of tank from other vendor did not remove solids so tank filled up in 4 months again because old field failed (inadequate size). so thigpen put in additional smaller tank with pump to send to the ditch. came out next day after i called to diagnose, then back in a few days to dig and install. it took two guys over a few hours and problem solved. price as expected. guys professional and friendly. would use again."

"I called late on a Friday afternoon after my air went out. They came after hours, installed the new unit, and took the old one for evaluation & possible repair. A year later I called them back for another ac problem (different unit), and they came same day. Whereas another contractor told me to junk the unit, Greg replaced a small part & all was well. While with me the second trip, I mentioned several other small jobs, and they got right on them! The vent hood took a trip into the attic and up onto the roof, but they figured out the problem and solved it. This hood was damaged during Katrina (12 years ago) & Ive had several companies out to look/repair and nobody was able to diagnose problem. Now I have my hood back! Repaired two ceiling fans that I'd been told to junk, repaired a pendant light wired incorrectly by another contractor, and even replaced some light bulbs in my 12-foot ceiling-ed rooms! I asked prior to repair an estimate on what it would cost and was told "it's hard to tell." It would have been nice if he could have at least quoted me their hourly rate so I would have an idea. I had the faucet so the price was for labor.
