"Cement Raising mud jacked the driveway apron and front sidewalk and caulked the joints. When they were done, the concrete was restored to the proper level in both places. The caulking job was adequate, but not any better than what I could have done myself. Unfortunately the repairs to the front sidewalk are quite visible (lots of drill holes in a small space), so I'm not sure that mud jacking was an appropriate solution. They were pretty messy. They dislodged the sump pump pipe and got white goop on the grass, the shrubs, the decorative rocks, the street, the entire length of the hose they borrowed, and a bare patch of soil in the neighbors yard. <br />"

"Dayco's estimate was the lowest of three that we requested, but their description of the scope and quality of the work was the most comprehensive. As soon as we accepted their proposal they scheduled the work to start within a week. They removed the original crumbling front steps, stoop and walkway and replaced them all, along with subcontracted railings for the stoop. The crew was on time and well-organized and supervised. The entire crew seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced. The work was interrupted several times due to rain, but was completed within 10 days of the start, so we were happy. The finished steps are beautifully installed and finished."

They were professional, everyone from the salesman, to the office staff, to the three men who removed our old roof and installed the new one. They did not disturb our landscaping and they cleaned the area every evening when they left. It was surprising quiet. Their nifty Equipter machinery carried the old shingles to the dumpster in our driveway. Even the dumpster was not obnoxiously large. "Drew was great. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. After our first appointment, he gave me a very detailed, itemized estimate of the work he recommended to fully waterproof my basement (sidewalk and french drain on one side, regrading the other). In total it was more than I wanted to spend right now, so I opted for just the sidewalk. He was able to schedule the work fairly quickly. His crew was prompt, professional, and fast. They did the demo and had the framing up in less than a full day, and poured the concrete the following morning and were done by lunch. It looks fantastic and is keeping that side of my basement dry. I'm very happy with the results and highly recommend this company. <br />"

"It went great. Justin (the owner) sent out Jake and Kyle to do a patch job for free and had started to do it when we talked with them about their opinions about the job. They said they would do the job for free, but it might look a bit patchy when complete as it would be difficult to match the previous epoxy color. They talked us into redoing the entire floor for a small part of the actual cost. Jake and Kyle were extremely friendly and professional. Plus, they did a great job. The job site was extremely clean. I would definitely use them again if needed."
