"Quote process was on time, Sean was very professional and on time. Install of system was fast. Things changed from quote that I was not advised of though and I felt I should have been advised. For example, I was quoted 8 zones, and 28 sprinkler heads. I got 5 zones and 19 sprinkler heads when all said and done. I bought my own smart sprinkler controller and a separate zone for an upper garden(which we did not do) was quoted. Sean said he would credit me for the controller, and the separate garden zone off the original quote, however, when the bill came the day following installation these items were still included with the balance due, of $3823. I called to dispute the charges and Sean apologized for the oversight on the billing, and corrected that right away. I mentioned the zones and head issue and Sean said that quoting was not highly precise. He said he included an inline sediment filter (not included with original quote) that offset the zones and head issue. I had a couple of problems after installation that NW responded and took care of right away. So from a service perspective they were very good. But I was not happy with quoting process or the final billing because I felt the inline filter did not offset the reduction in zones and sprinkler heads. So overall, I give the process in general 3 stars. 5 for service, and 1 for quoting and billing."

"Chris came to winterize our sprinkler system and responded to our last minute call. Also, he was the only one who would come on a Saturday when we needed the service, plus some services would not come because we have a lake system.. We will definitely use him again next fall, and also he is coming in the spring to help fix a couple broken parts. I would recommend them to anyone needing great service!"

"Highly recommend!! The office staff, the owner, and all employees are exceptional. I was preparing to leave for a long trip and my sprinklers started acting up just days before leaving. I called their office and the receptionist promised to squeeze me in given the circumstances. They sent two young men out to review the sprinklers and they both were unsure of the issue, so the owner, Bruce, came to look personally. I explained my situation where I needed to leave on a trip and would be gone for quite some time, he understood and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Furthermore, he checked on my sprinklers while I was gone to reassure that they were working properly. This quick response and reassurance was incredible and I cannot recommend this company enough! Beyond the exceptional customer service, the prices have always been reasonable. I would not use any other company."

"I had an old water heater (was in the house when I moved in about 20 years ago) and it started to leak. After shutting off the water to the water heater, I did a little Angie's List research to find a company to do the replacement. I called a couple and decided to use Randy Lane, based on cost and my interaction with them, which I felt was cordial and helpful, and made an appointment.
The service person arrived on time on the day of the appointment and went to work. He disconnected the old heater and hauled it out. The new heater was brought in and he did the needed plumbing work to connect the water and also made the natural gas connections. He fired up the unit and briefed me on the new unit - how to turn-off the water and gas, if needed, temperature, etc.
The area was left in the same condition as when he arrived.

"I didn't like them very well. The quality was okay, and I got charged a bundle more because I had not had the sprinkler system going year after year, which is understandable. But he did something that he said he would not charge for, and they took it off my credit card without my permission and I was not happy with them when I saw my credit card statement. I don't appreciate people using my card without my authorization, it is not professional, and I think they still owe me money back for that service."
