Unfortunately, there began to be recurring issues with schedule management and timely communication, which negatively impacted my projects. A miscommunication ultimately led to offense being taken, and he abruptly discontinued work via text without notice to my surprise. Disappointed though I am, I?m thankful for the work he was able to do and wish him all the best as I start the process again to secure another handyman for my remaining items and to have on hand for regular maintenance in the long term. "Customer service was very good and technicians were friendly. A couple minor issues were that the bottom caps of a couple doors were cut off and not replaced. Additionally, although I emphasized multiple times that door trim and jambs should go all the way to the floor, they did not on multiple doors."

"System installed 2 years ago. Tore out of wall. They advertise 24/7 emergency repair. Called for help after trying to fix it for an hour so I could at-least get my car out of the garage. This was a Sunday. Traveling home for holidays on Monday. Texted with Cory for some advice. Which didn’t work then he called me to try to help. Obviously at this time I was getting frustrated and panicked. Asked for someone to please come help me. And he said they don’t work on weekends and I was demanding. Definitely do not recommend"

"I am so pleased with my choice to hire Wesling Electric. Robert was polite, professional and easy to work with. Of the three bids I received for my project, his bid was in the middle price-wise. I was confident hiring Robert because he seemed very competent and would be the same person who would be coming back to do the work. I didn't have to worry about job details getting mixed up or miscommunicated between a project manager and worker. As of March 2022 Wesling Electric was booking one week out (this was the same timeframe for all 3 companies I spoke with). The job took less than a day. Robert confirmed how I wanted the new switches to work and didn't mind me being picky with the placement of a ceiling fan. I will definitely contact this company again for future electrical projects in my home."

"Fantastic work by the whole Perfectly Placed crew. They did a thorough and thoughtful job of organizing our entire house. We're now a month out from their unpacking and I would say 99% of things are in an ideal location, which is incredible given the short amount of time they needed to assess the house. They also came with organizing supplies that they used as-needed to minimize the need for us to find solutions. Their work de-stressed what I normally find to be a very stressful ordeal. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!"

"Contracted with them at the end of December for new entry/storm doors. It'll be a couple months, great, fine. (little annoying the "remeasure tech" was HOURS late but whatever) Got a call mid February, doors are here, we'll be there 02/24 to install. Again, great, fine. They show up, on time, said they wanted to re-measure to make sure everything was to spec. Um, ok - why wouldn't it be? They ripped off all of my door trim/casing and sat in their trucks for *90 MINUTES* without a word. Came back: "we have a problem". The brickmold is a quarter inch off - the manufacturer (ProVia) has a software problem and even though we gave them the correct measurements... blah blah, whatever. So, wait two weeks to get the corrected brickmold. Fine, stuff happens. 03/05! Called them 03/06. Guess what? STILL WRONG! No apologies, no anything. Wait two more weeks, no biggie, this is the way stuff works. March 20 it is! NOPE! Cancelled again! Now April!"
