"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. "My chimney crown was deteriated and needed to be replaced. I called a few companies and either they had high minimums or could not give an estimate for 4 weeks. I contacted Easy Home Improvement via their website and Gasper was out in two days to give me an estimate. He was professional and did not try to upsell me for anything. Gave me a written estimate/contract electronically which I signed that day. The team came out and did the job. They were very professional and took great care to not damage my property (e.g., tarps, hose off roof, not clean mortar bucket in lawn, etc) and cleaned up after. I was given an electronic paid receipt and pictures of the finished job as I have a two story house. Not sure how long the crown will last but I would reccomend this company to my friends."

"Dylan is phenomenal! I hired him to replace an old mailbox for my parents. He was extremely responsive and professional throughout the entire process. Additionally, my mom wanted to speak with him about the installation method prior to completing the job. He came equipped to complete the job however she chose. He was very kind and patient with both of us. He did an exceptional job removing the old mailbox, digging a new hole and setting the new mailbox in place after assembling it. My mom and dad are both thrilled with their new mailbox! I highly recommend Dylan and look forward to hiring him again in the future!"

"Jason and his primary assistant, Dustin, did a complete renovation of the living area (kitchen, living, dining, laundry). Switched windows, removed a wall, added doors, completely rearranged and updated the kitchen, and turned an ugly ceiling into a focal point. Through it all, they were professional, pleasant, creative and smart. When there was a question of color or design, the collaboration was pleasant and helpful.  I would recommend them to anyone."

"We had a difficult time getting them to return our calls to schedule the insulation, when they finally did put us on the schedule they didn't really stick to the schedule. They kept pushing us back and didn't come when they said they would but they did end up finishing by the end of that same week. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Apparently, they were having trouble with a spray gun when they were there and the worked performed was very sloppy, they missed a few spots and they also sprayed our interior shower wall completely shut so we couldn't get to the valves to hook up the water. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />When we called to discuss our issues it was around 5:30 or 6 in the evening and we were impressed that both the salesman and the scheduler called us back that night to discuss our issues and assured us that they would take care of everything....and they did. The guy that came back to correct our issues did a great job and even cleaned up a lot of the sloppiness from before and made it look a lot nicer. They also cleared the spray foam from the shower valves so we could get the water lines connected. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />So, we did get off to kind of a disappointing start with them but they ended up doing everything that they said they would and definitely came back and took care of any issues that we had so because of that we would use them again and would also recommend them to others. Everyone has problems occasionally, it's how you take care of those issues that matter. <br />"

"Bruce was always on time, coordinating and communicating his schedule through phone calls, emails and text messages.  He spent a lot of time installing cabinet doors, veneer, trim, hardware and drawers for a professional looking job.  I had no problem allowing the Contractor into my home, even if I had to be away running errands.  YOUR DESIGNS LLC went overboard on this project, including lining all my cabinets and I would not hesitate recommending them on any kitchen/bath remake.  I also would not hesitate to show off my cabinets to other prospective customers. <br />"
