"I had a water valve break and ended up with 4 inches of water in my basement and 2 inches on the main floor. There was lots of demolition and then rebuild. Tearing out sheetrock, all flooring, cabinets, and preparing for the rebuild. He did hanging Sheetrock,prepping it, painting . He did sub flooring, woodwork, install lights fixtures, He also worked with sub contractors. He was very dependable, a perfectionist, and a hard worker. He did an excellent job of communicating with me as things were being done. He did many other tasks that I probably am forgetting. I would definitely recommend Kaycee."

"Roger made and installed new cabinets in our kitchen. The cabinets are beautiful. I called him and we met that week to discuss what I was looking for. We discussed and set a price that night. He then gave me a time line of about 6 weeks. I was remodeling my entire kitchen so I had other people lined up to complete other portions of the kitchen. He called and delayed the arrival of the cabinets twice - this caused me to have to reschedule the other people I had coming twice. The total delay was just over a month. "The estimator was very knowledgeable and explained his products and services very well.  He provided a detailed plan and estimate.
The installation was done all in one day - including removal of the old counter top and the installation of the new counter top - and it was done on the pre-scheduled day.  Sears was excellent at accommodating our scheduling restrictions.  The new counter top looks nice and we are very happy with the result.
There were a few glitches - the garbage disposal leaked and needed service, and it was tough to get an updated estimate when we made a mid-stream change - but we were still very happy with the result.
Note that the Sears office that we dealt with is in Sharon Hill PA, not in Windsor Mill MA as listed by Angie's List, and the corporate headquarters is in Longwood FL.

"After getting a bid from Cady this summer, I hired them to do some work on my house (clean gutters, install gutter covers I'd purchased and fix a piece of siding). They agreed to do the work on September 10 at 1:00 p.m. They didn't show, and they didn't return my calls over the next couple of days. I felt they wasted my time. I gave them an F rating here and moved on to look for other handyman companies. Except that finding another company turned out to be easier said than done (the ones I contacted didn't serve my area or didn't want to do work on a 2-story house or were booked for months). A week later, my contact at Cady called to apologize. He said he'd gone out of town and the people back at the office dropped the ball. He offered to do the work for a reduced fee. I hadn't hired another company and was starting to wonder if I'd find one before winter, so I agreed to hire them. Two workers showed up as promised on September 21. They did a great job and were knowledgeable and personable. My husband and I were very happy with the work, and we would hire them again.
