"For a number of of years we deferred replacing the vinyl siding on our house that was poorly installed and had deteriorated horribly, but after our son and daughter-in-law had their home beautifully redone with Hardiboard siding installed by Craftsmen Home Improvements we knew it was our time. Based on my son’s experience and recommendation, we opted for CHI to install James Hardie siding and soffits and couldn’t be more satisfied with that decision. The work crew (Ray and Luis Nava) were fantastic in all ways; communication, skill and workmanship. They worked tirelessly and efficiently(even in some harsh winter temperatures) and always informed me of issues they encountered with our somewhat “wonky” house 😏 that they addressed with proper solutions. "Overall, this project went well. Initially after I accepted their bid, they suggested that they may not be able to perform the work until 2-3 months later. However, since this work was not that extensive, they were able to move it up earlier within their schedule. The technicians called in advance of the arriving and were able to complete the work over two days. The cleanup was satisfactory. The technicians offered the additional advice that longer term the chimney could use a rebuild."
