"Koala helped me to understand the science of my attic insulation and airflow, and they were very professional and friendly from the owner to the installation crew. If I noticed a problem they were quick to address it, and they thoroughly cleaned up after the job was finished. Air sealing an attic is widely recognized as beneficial to the home so I am glad they offered that. The need for active vs passive ventilation is controversial enough that I did not add the solar attic fan. I think testing the inflow of air at the eaves by smoke pen or some other method and demonstrating the results should be standard practice, and they did that for me when asked."

"Everything was explained in detail. They did before and after energy audit, before and after pictures."

"The work is not yet complete, but it is scheduled for two weeks from today."

"He came out promptly, was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us his honest opinion and he was great. Would definitely recommend Bonney to anyone who needs insulation work!"

"This job was in very difficult working conditions as it was a storage area and crawl space with dirt base. The crew initially removed the old insulation that was falling from age and collecting moisture and replaced it with a much thicker RValue. For most of the job, they had to lay on their back to remove and install the new insulation. The crew leader Ryan did a great job of communicating as he called me the day before the scheduled install date and advised me of anticipated arrival time. Called again while en-route to provide ETA. After completion, they did a good cleanup ."

"Great job on install and insulation in areas as needed. Would recommended to others!"

"Thorough job. Insulation has kept my furnace from hardly running in my shop this year. Will hire again."

"Excellent experience with Top Shelf. We have owned 2 houses over a 30 year span. We hired many contractors to help with updating and protecting our homes. Top Shelf was a one of the best investments we made. Saw a dramatic improvement from too cold in the winter to too hot in the summer. They were quick to action, respectful and cleaned up after themselves! Will definitely hire them again."
