"I got Sam’s name (All Phase Roofing) from another long time realtor to help my clients with various roof issues that arise from the building Inspections. We are also usually needing it done quickly before close. Many times I will need to oversee repairs for out of state sellers. He’s extremely reasonable, honest, will respond quickly, and does great work. He also did a roof for me for a flip we did. Great work and I appreciate this very hard working contractor."

"The entire crew was extremely polite, informative, and hardworking. Frank Johnson and his crew work well as a team and I would most definitely refer them to anyone who needs there roof done."

"Sammy Montes inspected the roof, took photos of damaged areas to be repaired. Made a quote for the job and performed the repairs, with photos. He is honest and competent repair roofer."

"Firstly I'd like to start by saying that I have been a Roofing Contractor for the past decade. That being said, with it being such a new product and I myself, not being educated on it. I can't say that I wasn't sceptical. Kenny invited me to come along with him on a job to see the product applied. So I did! I am completely sold on the roof maxx product. It truly is amazing. The way it replenishes the shingle is insane. Brings it back to life! It did exactly what he said it would. Secondly was the professionalism. Respectful, polite, and intelligent. Very informative and knowledgeable of the product. Clean and presentable. They truly go above and beyond. Highly recommended!"

"Repairs to the chimney and roof where water had caused damage and replaced rotted fascia.  R & A Roofing had repaired problems with a roof at a prior home so I was aware of the exceptional work they do.  They respond immediately to provide an estimate and time-frame for  completion of the project.

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Author with MM roofing repair company in Mobile, AL, and I am thrilled with the results. Their team demonstrated exceptional skill and professionalism throughout the entire repair process. From the initial assessment to the final touches, the attention to detail was impressive. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, and my roof looks fantastic. I highly recommend this company for their top-notch service and expertise. Five stars all the way!"

"They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day.
