"If you are looking for paver patios, the installers are great. They did a very nice job, and were professional throughout. They would clean up every day before leaving, addressed any questions we had timely and we are very satisfied with the results. We also added a gazebo to our patio design. It was very clear that gazebo's are not one of their strengths. We encountered many issues with the design and build of the gazebo long before construction began. We had hired Josh in October to complete all elements of the landscaping project the following spring. Over the winter months, we had asked on many occasions for catalog photos, or anything that would confirm what the finished gazebo was going to look like. The pictures were never sent and the only indication of what it might look like came just a few days before the project began and was a very small (1x1) black and white picture. Our expectation of the gazebo was that the material used would be cedar. We had asked for glass windows that could be closed during the cooler and winter months. We were assured on many occasions that cedar material and glass windows were what we were going to get. As they were starting to build the gazebo, the material was not cedar, rather it was pressed wood. As the windows were installed, they were not glass (despite being told that very day they were glass), instead they were a plastic film over the screens. We were left in a very difficult position where we were essentially forced to concede on both elements. While the gazebo is functional, and will suit our needs, had Josh sent just ONE picture sometime in the 5 months or so prior the project start, we may have been able to make a different decision. Related, and something else to be aware of. When trying to reach Josh about start dates, etc I would say he was not always as responsive as I would have expected. Furthermore, there were multiple instances where what was promised was not delivered. Again, if you are looking at a paver or patio project - these guys are great and I would recommend their workmanship. However beware of anything more than that."

"Bryce and his team were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They consulted with us on the whole aspect of the project and brought the concerns to us when it seemed like our choices might not be the right choice. Overall, they were very friendly and we were very satisfied with the patio paver + fire pit installed."

"Christian and his crew completed the job exactly as agreed upon and in less than two days. The concrete patio that is supported by this wall is unevenly which created an issue when rebuilding. Christian explained the issue and what needed to be done. The work area was thoroughly cleaned and an adjacent flower bed was left looking better than before. This wall is one of two projects we have had done by Sauser Landscapes. Christian and his crew are incredibly respectful, accommodating, flexible, and dedicated to producing quality work. I spoke with Joy Beckman in their offices through email, she very nice and easy to work with. Scheduling also wasn't going to work. My sprinkler guys is getting closer to retirement and I will most likely use this company when that time comes."

We called 4 different contractors, John from Don Green's Dirt Service was the only one that called us back. He came out within the week and gave us a quote. It took time trying to discuss with 10 people. John stopped out for a second time and gave us 3 different options as price was a concern. Once we all agreed on price/work, John and his team were able to come out the next week and complete work. A few of us watched the whole process. You could tell how efficient they were as doing this many times. Work was completed in 1 day and for quote amount. There was extra gravel used but John did not charge us any extra. The road looks great and concerns were fixed. John and his team took the time to walk us thru the project and inspect before payment. They did such a great job on this we are having them back in the spring to clear part of our land.

"I contracted them for the entire summer for lawn services.  They've done several when they've got here several weeks ago.  So far, they seemed to be coming and doing the job they were contracted to do.  I think, It's a little early to say what the result is going to be, because I have to go through a whole season."

"Excellent design work by Marlin. He drew up a plan that incorporated the style of the house and yard terrain. He assisted in materials selection and guided us through the entire process. Weather conditions delayed the project somewhat but that is to be expected."
