"They did a great job considering it is a 20 year old air condition. He created a part to fit in. He was nice. We were satisfied with the plumbing work. They worked with the line to the manhole. They changed the part. The new part was longer so it had to be shortened but nobody came out to do the job. They were not enthusiastic to come and do it. Other than that the employees have been very nice and pleasant. They are polite and respectful."

He took it a part and lube all the parts really well and it worked just like new, saving me a lot of money because it was a high dollar facet.
