Get matched with top exterior trim installers and replacers in Saint Georges, DE

"I picked Mike (of Shingle Express) over two other smooth talking roof guys. My liked Mike's professor like attitude. The other two guys wanted to replace two sections of shingles (about 100 sq ft each). On the initial assessment, Mike said that my shingles were in good shape. From looking at the wet spot inside the roof, I did not think I have a wide spread problem. I felt that Mike was more likely to trouble shoot the problem and fix it. I went with Mike/Shingle Express. I was right in my gut feel. My leaky roof ended up taking ten trips to fix 5 problems. (Note: Every service trip had a scouting trip to assess the problem and came back to fix it later). Mike was very reasonable to work with. This is the good point. The not-so-good point is that you need to have faith that Mike will show up. He did not always show up when he said he would. But, he did show up a few days later from the original date. With regard to the five leaking spots, I cannot image how would I ended up with the other two guys that I did not choose."

"Beautiful and precise work! David replaced the siding and he is a perfectionist. His price was a lot less than other quotes. Highly recommend! Thank you, David."

"Paddy's were excellent to work with. They were clear about the estimate, gave us an install date and came when they said. They were very efficient and clean around the work area. They stayed within our budget and got the job done without any fuss. I would recommend them for your house repairs."

"Everything was done a day. Looks great."

"Andres and his crew did an awesome job from start to finish! They repaired our kitchen ceiling (drywall) and repainted the entire kitchen including all trim! They were very neat, clean and worked diligently while on the job! Highly recommend!! Plus the price was a good value!"

"Jim and his team were very professional throughout and did an awesome job renovating our exterior porch that enabled us to proceed with our initial concrete project. Jim's recommendation in 3D allowed us to visualize the plans in advance and the end result was perfect for our needs. I will be reaching out to Lockhart Construction for future work and highly recommend that you do the same!!"

"I hired this company in June 2018 for new roof. They take their time and do not rush. I have used them before and plan to use them again. They clean up as they go and did not take any money from me until complete. The owner is on the site working at all times. They respond if called with problem or question."

"Ivan gave a fair quote and suggested larger downspouts. He was courteous and did an excellent job. I even recommended him to a friend in the area who got their gutters replaced as well."

"

Very professional and efficient.   Large crew that got the job done in one day as opposed to a  majority of my neighbors who had to put up with multiple day installations.

They took care in identifying delicate areas such as the pergola and patio furniture protecting them with a tarp.

Cleanup was great and there was no telltale trace of such a large project having taken place.

Finally the price was almost 25% less than some of the other quotes.   I was not sure if there was going to be extensive charges for additional plywood but everything was covered under the original quote.  There was no attempt to upsell or any deceptive pricing.

All in all a great job!
