"5 Stars! Class act! True professionals! We have a large home that had been invaded by bats. And when I say invaded, I mean a nasty, smelly, wall and roof damaging invasion. Our whole house smelled like cats had peed all over for years. It was the bat urine and guano in our walls and roof! The entire team at WBS worked diligently with me for months as we worked with the insurance company, conducted exclusion work, submitted reports, met with insurance adjusters for inspection after inspection. They were always happy to take my call, answer all my questions (and I had A LOT of questions!), and schedule work to my convenience.
