She was very knowledgable about the different decking materials and helped us in making a decision about deck material.  She was provided an estimate on the spot per our request. Additionally, she followed up with a nice drawing of our project and pricing options relative to different material . "I contacted Earth Friendly Services this morning and I immediately received a reply.  Phil contacted me and I asked for a proposal for installing my new light.  He responded and said he would be at my home in about 15 - 20 minutes.  His responsiveness was exact. He arrived in about 15 minutes. I showed him the light fixture and he said it was no problem and he could do it today.  I also asked him if he would also install a new electrical outlet in my foyer and again he said no problem.  Phil installed the light fixture and the electrical outlet that day and he did a fantastic job.  He was very professional and the quality of work was awesome.  I was also very pleased on the price.  I have put Earth Friendly Services number in my phone book and I will sure use them again.  Thanks Phil!

"Very happy with Beiztell.  They provide a quote promptly after contact and stuck to it. They were in and out in one day to remove the old fence and replace with the hew fence.  When I arrived home I would never have known there were workers in my yard - they cleaned up so well, and didn't make a mess of the grass. The fence looks fabulous - time will tell if the wood wears well, but it is treated pine and looks good.The pool pump fence was a last minute addition to the job and they did a great job as they had to work around plumbing and electrical and slopes. During the installation they kept my husband informed and made to sure to ask questions if there were any doubts positioning, etc. Overall we are really happy with the work and with the people at Beiztell.  Everyone was professional and polite. They were prompt in responding to questions and delivered on the date they said that they would."

"They mislead me by saying they were coming to install when they were really coming to give an estimate. I felt like I was being spoken down to because they were trying to explain something to me, but I already knew what it meant. They assumed I didn’t know what they were talking about. The deal isn’t going to work out because of extra costs."
