" Both my washer and dryer went out on the same day. Incredible. I spoke with Allan Brown of Cold Appliance to get things fixed. All I can say is Mr Brown should be called MR Gold because that's the sort of service he provided. He found the trouble with the washer in about 5 minutes and suggested we test the trouble with the dryer by disconnecting the vent, That didn't work so he returned and diagnosed the dryer trouble very quickly as well. He advised us that it was best to purchase a new dryer.  ( The old one was in  place when we bought the house seven years ago). He even suggested a no-frills brand.
   As a service to his customers, he has prepared a booklet on helpful maintenance tips for various appliances. 
   Very friendly and I was very satisfied with his fee. Thank you Allan   !!!!!

"I thought I hired an appliance service company. I was given a time frameThey called to confirm in the morning between 8:30 and 11 and at noon had not yet shown up or called. I called the number and thes service man said he couldn t get to me until late afternoon. Said he had to deliver a mattress and my home was out of the way???? Eventually arrives at 3 pm, did an excellent job, courteous. Gave 4 1/2 stars because of the disrespect for my time, lack of communication."
