"Roman Roofing is my go to roofing company. Their customer service is top notch from their office staff to the field staff. Mike Roman has come out in the pouring rain to locate a leak and arrange to have the repair done the next day. Mike also came out to do roof inspections when I called so I could make sure the roof was sound before storms. He also helped choose the right metal roofing system for my new home being built. Mike Calabrese was the Supervisor for that job and he was excellent also. Very responsive and always checked the job often to make sure everything went well. "Sales and selection process were excellent. Installation was neat and efficient. The installers were highly detail oriented. Finished product looks great. They only issue was it took FOREVER to get the job done. My entry doors and slider were custom but not odd size, the other doors were stock. Contract was signed in early January and installation wasn't until September. So plan ahead. I suppose this was the door manufacturer's fault, but 9 months seems extreme. Permitting was not the hold up. Even my roof was faster than that. (I could have had it installed in late August but we were away, but I'm only talking like 2 weeks difference.)"
