" The cleaner Len Jackson that came here was not very friendly. He came in and said I should of called him yesterday because I made him waste gas. The dispatcher quoted me 210 and the man that came in to do the work because my house was taller. i felt like this was bait and switch. The attitude really turned me off. The company success depends on customer service. The company did get him out in a timely matter.The reason I hired him was because i needed this done as soon as possible. I'm glad they came out and i feel like he did a good job.He came here on time. The good part about this is that the project got completed. After i told im I found him through Angi, his demeanor changed and he was nicer. He had changed my quote to $275 and then later said he would give me a discount and lowered it to $250. My complaint is Bait and Switch with the price and the way they treated me. I don't plan to use them against. F&A Gutters is who I usually hire and they are great. I wasn't able to get them out here and they are also from Angi. A customer should be treated with honesty, respect and kindness. I'm not used to give bad reviews. "

"The roof and trim were done, and look great. But I have a couple of issues .The crew was very unfriendly. I came out just to say hi, and they sneered at me and walked away without a word. Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."

"The work performed was great they came went right up and were done in less than an hour when it came time to pay I was quoted 150 plus 8 dollars for each downspout I have 7 so the total I agreed on was a bit over 200 what I payed was 270 I was charged fees and roof sweep all not agreed on so sadly bait and switched me I will not be using this service again "
