He demanded payment immediately and said he does not accept mailed checks. Ben then told me he has never had a billing problem in the 20 years he has been in business. I have never got into an argument about poor billing practices with a contractor before and I have been a Landlord for over 18 years. I text him my address and had him pick up the check. I wrote the check out to **Superior Home Appliance Repair Pros** like it says on the invoice. Ben rings my doorbell and tells me I have to make the check out to S.H.A.R.P or Ben Sharp. I rewrite the $283 freezer defrost check out to S.H.A.R.P. Then Ben says I was not supposed to put the periods on the check. Recommend this company write **make checks payable to** line on the invoice and invest in a billing app."
