We specialize in design/build in-ground concrete swimming pools and spas.

"I have dealt with Poolside Designs for over 2 years now. They are not a great company. Last year they replaced our pool lights and within 7 months those lights stopped working. Poolside Designs visited and determined the lights were indeed blown and would have to be replaced. There was some confusion as to whether this would be a warranty fix or not. I told their representative, Derek Dixon, we would be content getting a quote to fix the lights. He agreed & said he would have a quote that week. This was on 9/30. A month later he said he would have the quote the following week. When I asked on 12/1 if he had a price, he said he would get back to me on Monday. Since that time he has refused to reply to my emails and has not returned my calls. 12/1 -"Sorry. I called him again Monday. I asked him to work out a cash deal on the lights. I will have a number for you in the morning. " 12/13 - Hey Derek -Any updates on the lights/pricing? Thank You. He has never replied since."

"Run -- Don't Walk! My five months of service with this company have been very disappointing. In all of that time, I received only TWO brief notes to document their "weekly" service to my pool! I received these two notes only because I asked for some feedback after months of no communications with me except for their billing. When I called or spoke to any representative of the company, they were unprofessional, curt, and condescending. If you would like to deal with a "service" company that does not provide any feedback except when specifically requested or whose employees behave like they are doing you a big favor throughout any interactions with them, then this is the one for you!"
