"I have been using Eddie at Pampering Plumber for several years at my home and have always been extremely satisfied. The most recent project was the design and installation of 2 tankless water heaters. Before making a proposal, Eddie surveyed all of the plumbing lines in our attic and determined how he needed to modify them so that we could change from a 1 tank water heater to 2 tankless water heaters. Based on his design recommendations Eddie clearly explained what to expect in terms of the length of time to receive hot water in our many bathrooms, kitchen, etc. when the tankless system is operational. It has been almost 2 months since the tankless water heaters were installed and we are thrilled with its performance. We just received our electric bill and it dropped about $300 in one month versus having a large tank heater. Amazing efficiency!"

They found where the leak was, under the driveway, and replaced the water service line. "This was a somewhat challenging job from the start in that two 40 circuits had to be pulled from our breaker box (which was already full) to a central location in our house on the second floor (through the truss work). The electrical work had to be choreographed with the plumbers who installed the tankless water heaters. Jeremy did an outstanding job. Due to the nature of the job it required several trips to our home, but the finished product looks very nice. "It took a lot of detective work to find the problem (due to the rarity of the problem), but they discovered it and took care of the problem. They did a good job and cleaned up very well. They told us that if had they installed the water heater that this problem would not have happened. It was a ball of some sort that had blocked the hot water pipe and they always remove those when they install a new water heater."
