"I called William Mackay Roofing, due to their great Angie's List rating, to get an estimate on replacing about a 10' section of rain gutter and the rotted-out fascia board that the gutter attaches to. Bill Mackay worked with me to schedule a time convenient to me a few days later to give me an estimate. Bill and his assistant arrived a few minutes before our scheduled 10:30am appointment, which was refreshing given how often people arrive late for appointments. He gave me an estimate I considered to be reasonable and offered to do the work that day. I took him up on the offer and am very pleased with the resulting work. I'd hire him again in a minute. Not only was he professional and courteous, he also seems like a genuinely nice guy.
