"Roof & window we're repaired immediately. They showed up the following day after my initial call and provided an accurate estimate. Work commensed right after I signed the contract. The siding took a bit longer due to difficulty matching my 16 yr. old siding (an exact match was no longer being manufactured). I learned this is a common problem. He knows roofing and knows how to direct his crew, and they did a great job all the way around. The roof was in bad condition, and our contract had the list of things to do, but the crew found lots of other issues and dealt with them all rather than brush them off as off-contract. I get the sense that they honestly wanted the roof to be perfect when they were finished. The crew finished a day late on a two-week contract, but Darren knocked a few bucks off to make up for it."

They brought the roof up to current code, (the roof no longer complied with local codes), and worked with our chimney company to install the flashing properly. The cleanup was performed in an acceptable manner and the work was finished on time. Follow-up inspections by the company and I showed I had a good roof that was going to last another long time. Initial consultation was professional, friendly with lots of great info on windows, and recommended window sample I could see and touch. Installation supervisor explained what they were going to do and estimated time; supervisor did outside walk around after and showed how they caulked/sealed; and inside showed me how to work windows for cleaning. Crew worked quickly and efficiently; clearly knew exactly what they were doing! Actually gave me 2 crews since they were a few hours late due to rain delay on previous day’s project! HCR Project manager stopped by to ask how things were going and tell me what to expect after install to get warranty initiated. The windows look and work great.
