"My initial impression wasn't very good.  The estimator Paul was not responsive at times but I continued to try to contact him and arrived at a very reasonable price for the project once we got to talking about it.  It took a while to get started but once they did, everything went smoothly. When the stairs did not end up landing on the pool decking, they built a small in-ground walk.  They also came back and installed a small patio between one set of stairs and the basement stairs. They built a pull up door so I could access my pool equipment underneath. They made changes to I could open my out-swing double doors more fully.  The job was complicated but the job turned out great. Owner Colin and workers were on time and very professional.  Excellent job overall. I could not be happier."
