"TJ and Tony, the owners of EA Roofing and Siding, LLC were great!! I found them to be very professional, competitively priced and extremely knowledgeable about their products. They provided samples and a written estimate at our first meeting and communicated with me throughout the entire process. They even coordinated and met with the insurance adjuster to make sure things went smoothly and helped us to make sure we were in compliance with our HOA. I couldn't be happier with the final result (the house looks like brand new!!) -and the architectural shingles were a nice upgrade. I attached a before and after photo of one side of the house as well as a couple other photos. (The quoted price was for all work completed but we only had to pay for a deductible since our HOI covered the hail damage.)"

"Overall, I thought the person that came to my home to give an estimate of the patio we wanted to build was not very professional. She came up with a sketch for the patio which did not incorporate the design ideas that I wanted. She was willing to re-sketch the design 2 times to get it right, but then seemed to get annoyed that I asked questions about the materials that were being used, the options that were available...etc. Granted she may have been having a bad week, but I expected more. Ended up going with a different contractor and glad I did because the quote I got from them was $1000 less and I loved the job they did.

"Great! Mike was so easy to work with and responsive! As they were peeling back the layers of my shower, they kept finding more and more things that were done incorrectly and he walked me through what VIP was going to do to correct it! In the process, he gave me great advice on tile and paint. They worked with my schedule to get it done so I didn't to miss any more work. It turned out great! (tried to upload a photo but it didn't work). At the end of the job, I had them look at the rest of my house ( that was done very poorly why a company who flips houses), and already have more jobs lined up for these guys! HIGHLY recommended and I will personally always be using them! You name it, they can do it!"

"My experience with Earth Friendly Service was a positive one. My husband and I recently purchased a house that needed some TLC. I reached out to EFS and then responded immediately. Within a few days Steve and Phil were out at my house to see what repairs were needed and to give an estimate. They were pleasant and knowledgeable. I received a couple other quotes but EFS was most reasonable as far as a balance of price and timeline for completion. We set a date to start and when they began the work, it was completed within a week. Steph was great. Detail oriented. Asked questions of my desires when there was uncertainty. Wayne, let his work speak for itself. Phil went above and beyond doing other minor repairs that he noticed as he went along and giving tips to us as new home owners. Steve dropped by to make sure things were running smoothly and on schedule. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the work that was performed by EFS and plan to have them back soon for some more projects."

"Power washing service: After the first visit, i was unsure of the quality of the job as it seemed that portions of the house were still as dirty as they were before the power washing.  Kevin, the owner, followed up with me right away and came back out free of charge.  He worked on the issue personally and tried everything he could to remove some of the staining.  Unfortunately it seems that it is just beyond repair.  These guys are very responsive and will make sure they go the extra mile to give you the best job possible.  Thanks!"
