"This company is absolutely wonderful beginning with the courtesy when I called to schedule an appointment the first time. Next Jack N who arrived at my home on time and as promised. He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised. I have a large house that was built in 1902 and was NOT able to find anyone willing to tackle my problem. Acculevel came in and fixed every issue. My house has a tight crawl space but Acculevel was able to replace a beam and the sister joist. In addition provided support and leveled out my floor. "The gas line to our water heater was damaged by another contractor. Mr. Rooter fixed it by installing a gas ball valve and gas flex line to replace the old line. Scott was scheduled to arrive between 2 and 4pm, but due to a previous job taking longer than expected, did not arrive until after 5pm. He was quick to complete the necessary work and the work he did seems to be just fine. He was friendly and wore bootie covers on his shoes so he didn't track in any snow or mud from outside. Our only complaint is that the job was more expensive than we would have liked."
