"My roofers dropped a harness through the ridge of 1.7 million dollar house resulting in an impact mark on the heavily textured ceiling. It would have cost me 20k to fix the drywall and paint the ceiling including scaffolding. "The worker that came out, named Rob Achepohl was fantastic! He was on time to the minute. He is such a nice man, it was an absolute pleasure to have him in our home. He worked very hard and fast. He is an absolute expert! We live in a brick building and the walls are cement, so it's extremely hard to hang anything on the walls. He is very organized and tidy. He identified a very serious leak for us, and told us what to tell the landlord and gave us instructions on how we should tackle some black mold he identified. Rob did everything I asked. He stayed as late as he could and we will have him come back after the leak issues are addressed. My husband and I have never had work done so pleasantly and well. He knows so much, he gave us excellent advice on the electrical issues as well as the walls. I can't write enough to describe how great he is.
