It sat close to the wall with two inches available to insert your arm and reach in to install / tighten the bolt. I have no idea how the technician contorted his arm to install the bolts. The two technicians were very polite and professional. The communicated their arrival time and explained what they needed to achieve the impossible task. I would strongly recommend them and will be requesting their service in the future."

"They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. Unless they got stuck in the pipes on the way to the basement not my fault for the second time. Unsure about hiring again."
