"We hired Vlad twice. First was for kitchen remodel. Vlad helped us modify the kitchen layout and choose the right cabinets, etc. About a year later we hired him to remodel a bathroom (new layout complete gut to studs), remove a wall/cabinets in our living room (fix floors and redo fireplace area) as well as install a utility sink in the basement. Vlad and his team are very responsive, respectful, timely, clean and efficient. I would absolutely hire them again."

"I had my basement finished out by IAE. It was unfinished and they installed walls, electrical, plumbing, and flooring. Nate did a great job explaining the whole process and handling all the permitting things. Also, helping design the layout and with color selection of the trim and walls.
