"Very easy to work with and the amount I paid was the amount I was quoted. Prompt service and good communication. The project was replacing a metal roof on a barn and even though the structure was not square or straight, they did a great job making it look good. They took great care in making sure everything was picked up and my yard was clean."

"Highly recommended... Inland Roofing came in with a very competitive roof tear-off and replacement bid. I selected them because of the vibe I got from the owner and because they are a small company that has been around for about 80 years in Spokane. They did not disappoint. They delivered a quality roof product, on schedule, and were very conscientious about the workmanship and clean-up."

FAQs for flat, foam, or single ply roofing installation and replacement projects in Saint Maries, ID

Many roofing pros point to PVC as the top performer on flat roofs thanks to its tough seams and long-term waterproofing. A properly installed PVC membrane can last 30 years or more, resisting ponding water and harsh weather with ease. You will pay more up front than you would for EPDM, but the added durability often translates into fewer repairs and a lower cost per year of service.

Yes, a rubber roof is an environmentally friendly choice. Most rubber membranes contain recycled content and can reflect heat, which helps trim cooling bills in hot weather. Manufacturing has a lighter footprint than many traditional materials, and the long lifespan means fewer tear-offs headed to the landfill. If sustainability is a priority, ask your roofer about brands that carry third-party eco-certifications and confirm they meet local environmental standards.
