"He was the 3rd roofer. He showed up promptly and mitigated the issues from the prior 2 roofers. The other 2 roofers did not show up, and the weather caused even more damage to the house. Within an hour or two, he tarped the roof until repairs could be done. Everyone raves about the flooring. He suggested the crown molding as a finishing touch, and it made everything tie together well."

"Great guy. Very professional and addressed all our concerns."

"I purchased this service through an Angie's List Big Deal as I hadn't been able to find anyone locally willing to do several small jobs for a reasonable price. Dave (and his daughter, Amy) arrived at the pre-arranged time and began work promptly. He worked on the outside tile repair job, while she worked inside on the drywall crack. They were both very pleasant and efficient. Amy repainted the area herself where the drywall crack was repaired - a task other people would have left to the homeowner. They cleaned up after themselves well and left the area as neat as they found it. Dave returned the following day to caulk the tiles he replaced/repaired. I can't judge the overall quality of work based on these small jobs, but I have arranged for him to repair the rotting fascia board on my outdoor shed - a much bigger job. He said he would be able to do this by the end of this month, so we'll see how well it goes. So far so good and I'm glad to find someone willing and able to take on smaller jobs. This was a great deal for me and more than worth the cost of the deal!

"I moved from Louisville, Kentucky to Florida. They packed up all the boxes and assisted with packing. Once we arrived in Florida, they placed furniture, hooked up washer and dryer and took extra care of my belongings."

"Great! He was great about working us into his schedule and got it done in a very timely manner. He power washed and stained our large deck. It looks amazing! He was a very fair price and did an excellent job. Thank you Chris. We will definitely be recommending you."
