"They showed up on time were very professional, the trouble started after. We waited a couple weeks still saw bugs daily. they were supposed to come back and respray for free. My wife played phone tag with the owner. He was supposed to come and spray on monday  11/18/13. No call and no show and as of  today have heard nothing. They are not good at returning calls. I just killed another roach. I would not recommend. Now we will have to pay someone else to spray.
