We had some bad luck with tremendous amounts of rain during the project and he always communicated extremely well what the plan was for that day and was very polite. Even with all the rain the work still got done in a timely manner at an extremely reasonable price. I will be using this company in the future and I would highly recommend them. You don’t always need big commercial construction companies to get the job done. Small business owners can do just of good as work and Randy and his company Inside N Out Services are proof of that. "As far as we can tell, the work was effective at stabilizing our foundation, and the on-site crew led by Luke was great, informing us of their progress along the way. However, we expressed in advance our concern about protecting some of our landscaping. We were assured the crew would have boards to cover landscaping on which removed dirt would be piled. This turned out not to be the case. I’ve had quite a bit of expense and labor to restore landscaping that was damaged during the work. This damage could have been avoided. Foundation Recovery sends out $500 coupons to advertise for their work. My attempts to contact Joe and FRS to honor even a part of the $500 coupon to help defray my landscaping costs have gone unanswered. Our salesperson, Joe, was not present during the work and has not been responsive to our followup inquiries. We are very disappointed in the poor customer service from Foundation and its representatives. I cannot recommend this company based on their failure to address our up-front concerns, lack of response to our followup requests, and the false advertising that is associated with the coupons."

"Finding someone trustworthy that does a great job with great customer service is hard to do. When the project is expensive it makes it more nerve wracking to decide who to go with. If you are lucky enough to find someone that checks those boxes, they become your go to people for your projects and as well as who you recommend. A few years ago I had Hoffman replace my driveway and was completely happy with their service from initial contact to completion. Years later I’m still completely satisfied with my decision to use them. Recently I decided to pour a shed pad and replace an old back patio. There wasn’t a doubt in my mind on who I should call. Like last time the entire experience was top notch. Jessica is amazing to work with from the start and is very friendly and communicative. The owner Mark really cares about the quality of work and clearly appreciates your business. His son, who runs the concrete crew, is also awesome to work with and really cares about a customer-first approach and performing quality jobs. The rest of the crew is also very engaging and respectful and performs high quality work. If you or someone you know is looking for concrete work I cannot recommend them enough. I have a high expectation for work done at my house and they exceed those expectations. You cannot go wrong giving them a call and having them perform the work. They will continue to be my go-to company for all things related to concrete."

"I hired Quality Waterproofing to extend a buried downspout/sump pump drain that was poorly placed by a competitor 4 years ago. The competitor placed the pop up drain 10 feet from the house in a low spot, which created a swamp. Quality did an A+ job fixing the problem. They were timely, professional and UNDER budget. Very honest and high quality work. They even did some extra sodding and dirt work at no charge."

"PLEASE CHECK WITH THE BBB and ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE before hiring this company! Hired the company in August 2017. We got the company off Thumbtack and on that website Premier Contractors states they have an A+ rating with the BBB so we thought this company was reputable. We gave them $31,000 dollars as he requested as down payment. We kept getting the run around regarding the start date, after a month of scheduleding delays we finally got a start date of Nov 28th. Once we let the guys into our home they did not show up consistently. I was putting my dog up and having my son rescheduled his plans so someone could be here while they were in our home. This bothered me because this was not business like or professional. We then asked Josh for a time period in which his company could do our project he never gave us an answer. So I asked him for a itemized receipt of everything he had brought with our money. He did not come up with any, We mutually decided to terminate future plans. He contacted his attorney and we received a letter with an invoice with Premier Contractors only wanting to return $7,3000 dollars. We had to get an attorney all because he chooses not to have morals, ethics, and be professional!"
