"Great. Gary Myers came out promptly and gave me a professional bid and showed me the samples to choose from. Scott and crew came out to do the work shortly thereafter and my walk looks great now. Very professional and reliable!"

"We set up a time for them to come out and apply their coating. The technicians Jeremiah and Matt called when they were in route and gave an ETA. They arrived and we went over the project and they got started. The worked efficiently and completed the job in a timely manner. Would hire them again."

"We met on July 28, they provided a proposal on August 13, and they performed the work in the middle of October. We got bids from Holland House and from Helitech too. Freeman was $2.35 per sq. ft. while Holland was $2.57 and Helitech was $3.59. Overall Freeman did an OK job. They did a sloppy job near the garage splattering concrete on my doors. They left the street messy too. Patches on holes do not blend in with the old concrete."

"Determined what the problem was and fixed it.  Later leaked again but they located problem and fixed it without further cost. Did a good job and have gone through heavy rains without any leaks.   Contractor did what they said what they said they would do without any problems. <br />"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Sainte Genevieve, MO

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
