"Overall the project went very well.  John Y is the 'front man' and sets up the design and helps with product choices.  I worked with an independent designer as well, so for the most part they worked well together.  The real gem is the crew and the two other managing partners, Bill and Brad, who work with and oversee the crew. If there were any issues, Bill made sure they were corrected.  We did experience some miscommunication, so it's a good idea to hang onto emails and any written correspondence and double check sizes/plans prior to ordering items.  However, the workmanship was excellent. And the project would have been finished a week early, had we not encountered an issue with an order. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Project was extensive.  Bathroom - rerouted plumbing; new plumbing and electric; new subfloor & drywall; tiled shower/tub area; new tub/shower; new ceiling; lighting; sink/toilet; moved doorway to make new access and install pocket door.  <br /> <br /> Kitchen - new drywall; subfloor; plumbing; electric; cabinets; countertops; sink & fridge; removed window and installed larger window with window seat/cabinets; backsplash; lighting. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Tile work was especially good."

"The work went well.  The laundry room wall where the glass block windows were installed needed some drywall rework.  While doing the rework, additional insulation and framing was added to replace drywall.  It was found to have old termite damage which weakened some of the drywall.  The kitchen tile backsplash was added to better install a new cooktop exhaust vent replacing a microwave over cooktop which was installed too low by the previous homeowner.  Four windows had drywall return completed and window sills added."

"<p>Tony was punctual and courteous and made recommendations on things to repair in addition to the items I knew needed to be done. He recommended an opaque stain to cover a poor staining job I had done two years prior and explained how he had researched the stain he was now recommending. <br /> This was the second estimate I had received for the job. The estimate I received from another provider I have previously used was for the bolting, cleaning and staining only with none of the repair work.. The other provider was giving me a 10% discount and Tony's price was comparable without the discount and with an addition of replacement of some of the planks.<br /> Tony had to delay the start of the project due to rain delaying other work he had done but he was courteous enough to call me and make sure that was acceptable first. Tony kept in touch by email and phone and responded quickly to calls. I was not present when the work was performed but he had moved bricks and a hose out from under the deck before he did the work to ensure they were not stained by drippings from above. <br /> The work done to the fences was well done, boards look great and Tony not only stained the gate but a small fence under the deck and next to the gate to present a consistency in appearance. <br /> I was very pleased with the final product and would gladly use Tony again.</p> <br />"
